Kelsey Ducheneaux

image of Kelsey DucheneauxKelsey Ducheneaux is a 4th generation rancher on her family’s ranch, located on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation in South Dakota. Kelsey currently serves as the Natural Resources Director and Youth Programs Coordinator for the Intertribal Agriculture Council. She also works with her family’s 501c3 non-profit, Project H3LP!, to give back to her community. Project H3LP!’s mission is to build confident tribal youth who are able to go into the world and make a difference for themselves and others.

She honed the skills to better fill these roles through opportunities made possible by the Gates Millennium Scholarship Program. Kelsey earned her Baccalaureate Degree in Range Science (Natural Resource Management) at South Dakota State University and Masters of Agriculture in Integrated Resource Management at Colorado State University.
